Were can i get an auto to manual conversion kit for a 5.7 tpi 350?
The first thing you may want to do is to ask yourself just how you want to go faster. I've spent along time instructing at Porsche Club track events, and the answer to "how do I go faster" almost never winds up being "more power" or "bigger engine." But first, just to your question.Does a bmw, e30 325i, m20 12 valve head fit on a 328i block from an e36/46?
An engine from a 924S, 931, 944, or 951 would probably be at least somewhat straightforward as a swap into an early 924. There are also SBC conversion kits around. And unlike 911 (where the SBC's center of gravity sits much higher than the flat 6), this retains a somewhat similar balance in the car. But the problem you will face with any of these is 1) adding alot more power to the chasis will mean you need to upgrade the suspension, brakes, etc, to keep a good performance balance, 2) the cost of the engine alone is likely to exceed the value of the car by a long shot, and it will not really increase the car's value; you have to be willing to spend quite a lot and not get any measure of the money back if you sell the car.
HELLO does anyone know the bleeding order for the brakes on a peugeot expert van 1997?
If you really want something with more power, you will find it much more economical and ultimately alot more succesful in the results to simply sell the 924 as is and get a different car.
Now, back to the first part... if your goal is just to be faster, the 924 is a good car to learn with since it's lack of power will force you as a driver to learn to maintain momemtum. I beleive the 924 used CIS injection (the 924S might've been DME)... there are some references on tuning CIS, and in conjuntion with a more open exhaust you might free up a little bit of power at the expense of needing to use premium gas. Though in terms of actual speed, you'll get more bang for you dollar at looking at performance tires. Will affect every aspect of the car's performance.

After that, maybe some ARBs from a 951? Can often be found having been taken off for after market upgrades and would provide better exit speed from corners. And, of course, if you want a better power to weight ration, you can probably achieve more by getting rid of weight than going the route of increasing power.

Sadly the 924 is something of the "Forgotten Porsche" so parts and support are a bit harder to come across. It was an Audi/Porsche project that really didn't do very well.Im going to buy a volks wagen just want 2 know if its worth it?
