get a transmission DRAIN AND FILL, i stress this because anywhere you go they will try and convince you to get a transmission FLUSH for upwards of $100+ and you dont need that. tell them you just want the tranny drained and filled, it does not need a flush. shouldn't cost very much, they will pester you for a flush, don't do it.
also you'll need to change your air filter. other than that, check the other fluids and top off as necessary ( brake and power steering fluid, windshield washer fluid ). have them give your tires a looking over and inflate to the proper pressure if needed. other than that rollas are pretty good cars. just a lil TLC now and then and they will run forever.

You should be able to go to toyota.com and pull up a scheduled maintenance chart.Toyota knows...check with a local dealer. I have the maintenance book in ours but it and the 2003 are out of town right now.
I had a 1993 that made it to 217,000 and was still going when I sold it. Hardly ever changed the oil or hoses and belts and it just kept running. My more mechanically inclined friends made fun of me. I'm better about maintenance now.

If I were you I would reference their maintenance schedule and on there they will tell you the necessities as well as what they would like you to do. I always go with the necessities only. If it is under anytime of manufacturer warranty you don't want to mess that up.

Not a whole lot needed at 50,000 miles look in ur owners manual at the scheduled maintence section . or if u dint have and wanna be safe. just change oil filters, have trnsmissin serviced, have front end alignment , check all cv joints etc.. i am certain all is fine at only 50,000 u can take it to your local dealer and they will give it a good looking over etc.. Toyotas will out last any car /truck on the road, I love my toyotas. never a problem with anything also have friends with toyotas we all love them. Good luck,
