the 2000 mustang gt had fog lights when new from the factory. i want to wire like that. i have spots for 2 fog light relays and 1 spot for a 20amp maxi fuse, all in the fuse box under the hood. i don't see any spots for fog light fuses in the box under the dash. i just want to do this thing right. thanks.

the fact that you need to ask tells me that you will not be able to do it correctly no matter who explains it here. so don't screw it up, hire someone to do it right.

I would assume the wire harness is there! They would not make separate wire harnesses just because some vehicles are equiped with factory fog lights and others are not!
I would recheck it and probably you can get the pig tails right from ford that connect the lights to the harness plug!
