Check the power distribution center under the hood of the car. The underside if the lid will be labeled. If no blown fuses there, try the inside the cabin. There should be a fuse panel either under the driver side dash or to the left of the dash. It will also be labeled. And and additional note, crossing jumper wires is not a good thing to do!!

If you don't find any blown fuses, you may have damaged the computer. Check trouble codes and check engine light.
