Question:
I'm looking to get a Jetta and I was wondering what you guys find to be the Jetta with the best potential for engine mods, body mods, sound, diesel or gas, etc.?
Answers:
How can I tell what edition of VW Jetta do I have?
Ok, so she had a Volkswagen but never took the time to see how to spell it... In terms of speed I would go for the 1.8T because it's easy to have the ECU chipped to increase hp. You could even put in a larger turbo if you desired it. You didn't ask about maintenance but this is not a Honda and parts will cost more. Check out www.vwvortex.comIs Volkswagen marketing to gays only now?
i used to own a beetle and it was a huge piece of crap! but ive known people who have had other models (jetta, passat) and they all said they are junk! please, dont buy a volkswagon, they arent reliable. if you do get one, take out another loan for the repairs...Most potential is the forced induction models.
1.8 or 2.0T for performance potential
On Mercedes Benz interior colors...does anyone know if "stone" and "parchment" are the same color??
TDI for surprising gains while retaining fuel mileage most hybrid owners only dream about.
where is the heater glow plug relay on a vauxhall corsa?
You really can't lose. The TDI's are durable and easy to tweak. A $300 chip upgrade will jack the torque up to the level of a large gasoline powered V6 and the performance will make you smile. Great bang for the buck and still 45+ MPG real world highway mileage.
