Sounds like a fuse or a short like the others said. Of greater worry is the fact that this particular model (I used to own one) has a weak head gasket that is prone to failure (like mine did). Ford even did a major recall on this. Yours may be fine but I thought I'd mention it as something you may want to keep tabs on.1993 and 1997 accord hoods are the same?

The moonroof, trunk pop, and power windows are all on one circuit breaker (20A -not a fuse-) in the fuse panel. Spot #1 in the diagram I'm looking at (there's 3 in a row at the top, it's the one on the end furthest from the regular fuses.
