William is correct. A good car IF in good shape. Check oil for condition, look at oil cap for signs of milky oil, check oil dipstick for signs of burnt oil on it, those are all signs of overheating. Check trans fluid for condition and dark color or burnt smell, and yes get service records if avail. The timing belt should have been replaced at 90k, if it hasnt, make em deduct that from price cause youll need to do it!
