What is the range in cold cranking amps (CCA) battery is good for my Dogde 1995 mini van with 3.3 liter engine

My old but reliable mini van is a conversion type and the recommended is 660 CCA for the car battery and currently is using a 550 CCA battery is this good and what is the max for this vehicle?

It depends on where you live.cca only applys when its cold. If you live where it never gets below about 35 degrees, then it won't matter. It also rarely matters when batterys are new. What will happen is someday, say 3 years from now its a cold day around 20 degrees and you go to start and it will crank really slowly and just won't start. I wouldn't worry about it right away or if its warm where you are. If it gets cold you may want to coinsider getting one of those portable jump devices, they are like $30 and they will help boost your starting power if you need it.

Can i take a cam from a1992 chevy 305(roller lifters) and put it in a 1985 305 chevy engine?
