How do you program a keyless entry key for a Chevy Aveo 2005?

Question:
The key was purchased at a dealership but I didn't want to pay the extra 50$ programming fee. Any information would be helpful. A link to instructions would be perfectly fine.
Just please don't tell me to take it back to the dealer.

you could do it your self all you would need is a tech 2 witch you can buy on ebay for abot $4000 that is the only other way to do it because i work at a gm dealer ship and it would be cheaper to pay the $50 instead of spending $4000 to do it your self plus it is very hard to do.
