It has a problem with the TPI (Tuned Port Injection) running in Open Loop Mode. Take it to a dealer unless you really want to learn about TPI to figure out what's wrong. Or, you could just buy new IAT Sensor, MAP sensor, O2 Sensors, airflow sensor.
