Thinking about buying a Scion tC, it probably has the most standard features, but besides that what?

I sit in traffic everyday so I thank my lucky stars for my automatic. Your foot can get reeeal tired shifting constantly. But, I do miss stick shift sometimes because you have more control over your engine. If you drive a sports car, I'd go with stick.

Comments about 4 cyl. toyota rav 4? is it in a good mileage?

If you live in the city and this is your first cat go with the automatic, all you have to do is put it in D and go, that way you can worry more about pedestrians and other hazards around you, the disadvantage is a little less mileage and will usually cost a little more brand new. Sticks shift are a little more complicated with the clutch and learning can sometimes be ruff. However you will get a little better mileage and they are fun to drive when you get the hang of it and they are a little cheaper off the lot Good Luck!

Why are Mercedes Benz cars generally expensive?

If you've never driven a stick, get ready to replace clutch pretty soon - it takes a hell of a beating from people who don't have experience using it. Once you learn, it's much more fun to drive, lower maintenance cost, higher reliability. Most people prefer auto especially in urban areas because it's easier to drive in traffic, and leaves one hand free to light up a cigarette, drink coffee, etc.

My father has a 1971 Pontiac Firebird with a350 engine. Where could I find a potential buyer?

They both have pros and cons. First of all a stick or standard trans can save you on gas milege if you know how to drive them well. Also one of the best advantages is that they rarely ever breakdown. You will go threw clutches at times but this is inexpensive compared to rebuilding an automatic trans. A clutch might cost you $400 to replace but an automatic will cost you about $2000 to replace. Another pro of a stick is that most people can replace the clutch themselves and a clutch kit is only about $135 if you shop around. The cons of a standard is if you do not know how to drive well then you will eat up your gas. The pros of an automatic is lesiure. You can just drive without worry. Cons are definitly gas millege and if the go out then they tottally go out and you are either looking for another car when this happens because of age or your pocket book is emptied with the repair of the trans. Good luck and hope you have fun with your new car.
