Depends on what engine is in the Le Sabre.if its a Buick or Olds, then no go. Buick, Olds, Pontiac, and Cadillac all share a common bellhousing, Chevrolet is different.01 sunfire squeeks front driverside wheel?
The TH350 is shorter and has a different mounting location. (but same trans mount) There should be plenty of adjustment in your frame rails to accommodate the mounting, but you'll have to have your driveshaft lengthened.

Personally, I'd have the 400 turbo automatic rebuilt and put back in. It was evidently high in miles, but it will stand up much better than the 350 will in that it's a heavy duty transmission. The 327 will put out pretty good hp and it's a fullsized 3/4 ton pickup so keep the 400. If you put the 350 in, you'll be rebuilding it before long anyway. Just keep an eye on the oil level and change it and the filter every 50,000 miles. You should be fine then.More Questions & Answers ...
