Question:
I disconnected the batterie when i tried connecting it back... it made a spark that might of trigger the anti theft system allowing it to lock or maybe disable the alarm system. I tried the manual from AutoZone, I called the Dealer for advice and thought it will be the alram also.

Ok, I think you are saying that you disconnected the battery from your car? And when you tried to reconnect it, it made an arc? When you connected your battery did you connect the positive side first and then the negative? If the battery in your key fob is good you shouldn't have to reset/relearn anything. If you did happen to fry something by hooking up your battery incorrectly, then you may have to take it to a repair shop so they can find out what you did wrong, and repair it.
