At the both sides of the steering wheel there is 2 holes ,using a torch look in these holes you will see what looks like a small metal bar use a plain screwdriver to push the bar in the direction you are inserting the screw driver you may need to apply a little pressure , do this to each hole and the airbag should pop off , ( always disconnect the battery when doing this ) . The hold fault is usually cause by the poor earthing of the black wire on the steering wheel itself , remove this wire and fit an eyelet to it and secure it onto the steering wheel by using a small self tapper screw approx 1 cm long. after doing this ensure you have re-clipped the blue and green airbag triggers into the airbag then clip airbag on , you may need to give it a good push until it fully clipped on , If you feel the job is beyond you I would take it to a Peugeot dealer and for approx 1/2 hr( £35 ish) labour they will do it for you .More Questions & Answers ...
