What are the chances that Hyundai will come out with a hybrid Santa Fe in the next few years?
YES you can lift it, it actually is quite easy. Taurus's use Coilover Shock/Spring assemblies. You will have to change out the Coilovers to an adjustable type Most commonly used for lowering a vehicle, Instead of adjusting it lower you simply adjust them higher I believe you'll get like 1-2" of lift out of them is all though. If you need more you will have to have some adapters made to either raise the lower mounting location or to lower the upper mounting location. OR you could just buy 20's and save yourself somehassles.sorry but HAHAHAHAHA
Does anyone no how to remove the backseat out of a 06 Toyota Corolla Xrs?
You don't want to do that. People will laugh at you. I'm not trying to be mean but it's true. In truth, your rims and tires will cost more than the car is worth. You'll be dropping 4 grand easy on 22s.
i really doubt anyone would make a lift kit for a Ford Tortoise, but if you are determined anything can be done. take it to a really good welding shop if you really wanna do it. it should be possible to do but a lot of your suspension and steering parts will have to be fabricated and i think the amount of effort and cash you would have to put into it would be way too much. you are better off trading the car in for a Ford Exploder or some other truck and slapping them on.
You probably can, but it will look ridiculous. I've seen some people do that on old Caprices, Monte Carlos, and Olds.
What are your experiances with the 1996 Nissan Altima STE?
you could lift it if it wsa a rear wheel drive car it would be easier. i dont know if cars hav them or not but i know that trucks that have independent front suspension you can crank up the torsion bars(not a good choice but cheap) and get like 2 inches of lift. and uyou can put blocks inbetween the shackles and leaf springs in the rear.(cheap but not a good idea) . as far as lifting a fromnt wheel drive car i don't know.. alot of the donk's i think they are are older because they are rear wheel drive and you cna lift them by adding leaf springs thats how they put 30" rims under the regals and caprice's and what not. thats aboujt the only thing i can think of. but like the first guy said i would'nt put $4000 rims on a car thats worth 3500 maybe cause you'll get laughed at ;left and right. sell your taurus and save the money on the rims and go to a dealership and find a car that somebody else already spent their money oln rims and use the $4000 on a down paymentMost Parts stores will sell coil spring spacers you can get them in a few different sizes and best of all there under 15.00 dollars for a set. I don't know if they will give you the lift you need but its a cheap try.
