Just look closely at the breaks. Honda is an excellent car, but they aren't so good at making good breaks. That's the only rub.

NO!! thats expensive for a civic for that year. shop around or try some online car sites like www.autotrader.com or www.cars.com or www.craigslist.com. u will have alot better luck with those sites. plus its a great place to go just to see how much the cars are being listed at. but most definately shop around, cuz thats too much money to be spending on that car.
