Lowering a 98 mustang?

i have a basic 98 mustang.v6, no independent rear suspension.i want to lower it a little.. what do i need and is it fairly simple?

Im looking for rims that fit a 1990 toyota camry, any ideas?

You can get lowering coils for it. You should use a coil spring compressor to remove and replace them, but yes you can do it yourself, and it is relatively simple.
