um you can probably do it but you have to find ways to mount up your stock tranny if your gonna use that or you have to find a way to bold up the new one to the crossmember, motor mounts will be a little tough. to be honest its not worth putting in a rover v8 because of these complications id just get a domestic made block (chevy, ford, mopar) and put one of those in because there is a lot of places that have adapters for those to make putting in the v8 a hell of a lot easier also that is if you can get it in the uk which im guessing you are from by the email address you put. so see what you can find on the net if you cant find anything then sit down and just look at the jeep and figure out a way to put that v8 in there.Just about any engine can be put in any car....but why would you want to put a buick engine in a jeep....yes the 215ci engines land rover used for like 30+ years(up until very recently) were designed by buick. If you really must look online for Advance Adapters - they make adapters to mate some of the most unusual engine/trans combinations.
