If you have some time and you truly want to destroy it do it like a lot of other drivers destroy their cars. Don't do ANY maintenance. Perfectly stupid to not take care of a car and perfectly legal as well. That way when it dies a slow and painful death he will get the blame for not taking care of it and you won't get in trouble even though you didn't do the maintenance.
