depends what year and if its a 5.4L or a 4.6L, the new F150's w/ the 4.6L have 248 horsepower and 294 ft lbs or torque. The 1997 body style with the 4.6L had 220-231 horsepower and 290 ft lbs of torque, the 5.4L had 235-260 horsepower and 330-345 ft lbs of torque. If you were lucky enough to get a lightning 340-380 horsepower and 450 ft lbs of torque, hope this helps.

If it's 4.6 V8 I think it's about 220 hp, that's what mine is, maybe a bit more with my flowmaster muffler and pipes. I'm not sure what the 5.4 V8 is, probably almost 300, maybe a bit more.
