Question:
I have purchased the Eos and I have no complaints about its behavior on the road and it's very fun to drive. BUT, I am alarmed by a small clickling noise that I find very annoying -especially driving at a low speed on smooth asphault. Believe me I emptied the car of everything from the trunk and other compartments (tools, cds, etc), even checked the tires for pressure or pebbles. Anything to relieve me of this small yet annoying sound. It seems to be comming from the back left area above my head. I fear it has something to do with the hard top. I avoid driving over poor roads and pot holes whenever possible. Please can if anyone has shared the same trouble could you give me some advice. I finally went to the dealership and they admit they heard it also. I have given up. Maybe there is a loose cable somewhere in the complex hard top system. Don't get me wrong about VW, but lately all car manufacturers in my opinion are rushing things a bit and recalls have become a norm.Hope I'm wrong.
