Question:
I am considering a 1.9JTD Stilo for my next car - can any owners contribute their experiences - not just for the diesel engined version.
I need to find a reaer hub assembly rebuild kit for my 2003 explorer?
Any common faults, niggles etc. would be appreciated. Thanks

Are Dodge Neon Srt-4's worth Buying?
Fiats are generally very well made ( engine wise) Bad electrics on some, although i owned a marea, a bit slow but never ever failed me. NEVERDoes the sway bearing on a 93 chevy 1500 need to be pressed off and on?
well i ve been driving fiat 7 years.. its d simple famous-in-europe city car.. the punto. the stilo is based on the same chassis, its just more aggressive, more expensive, and gives more to the driver.my brother owns an '05 black Abarth Stilo petrol. it got 80,000 km and its such a wonder on d road. changed tyres and engine oil.. the usual maintenence. fiat engines recently have proven to be very very reliable. they all have basically small engines.. so they re not made for d highway, but still a 1.9JTD not too bad. after about two yrs no probs at all.
my '96 punto is getting a bit rusty in certain areas, but i didnt take care of it all d way, so i expect so.
what i can say fiat are worth it. they re not expensive, and u get the comfy needs for an everyday car. u need nothing more then u get.
fiats suffer from power steering. avoid hitting kerbs coz it can ruin power steering and its expensive to repair. another thing is the fuel meter situated in the fuel tank. i had this problem on my 2 puntos. it just doesnt read the fuel level.. so not a big deal. and any mechanic can get it repaired or just replace it, cheap and very common spare part.
cheers, and i encourage you to try d stilo.
