Kilometers per litre??

Question:
so i am buying the 2007 dodge charger srt8 and the fuel efficiency ( if u cancall it efficiency) is 14 mpg in the city and like 20mpg's on the highway... i would like to know what this is in kilometers per litre as i am in canada... and is the fuel efficiency different for the super bee edition? if someone could tell me the KM/L i would appreciate it

14 mpg =4.5 kpl approx
20mpg=7 kpl approx
