it is a federal crime to deactivate the seat belt system no matter what parts it is. it is punishable for 5 years in jail. so, i cannot give you any advicecheck under the dash, their should be a fuse box. take the cover off and look on the cover it should tell you which fuse is for the seat belt alarm. just pull it out and you will not here the alarm anymore.
DO NOT DISABLE IT I WORK AT A FORD FEALERSHIP AND JUST GO TO YOUR LOCAL DEALERSHIP AND ASK FOR A SEATBELT EXTENSION LIKE IF YOU WERE REALLY OVER WEIGHT OF A POLICE OFFICER WHO WEARS A GUN BELT IT HAS A CLIP THAT GOES INTO YOUR SEALTBELT AND A SECTION OF BELT AQND A CLIP JUST LIKE YOUR CAR WHEN YOU PLUG THIS EXTENSION INTO YOUR CAR SEAT BELT THE CAR THINKS ITS CONECTED AND NO NOISE ANYMORE IT FREE OF CHARGE JUST GO TO THE PARTS DEPT AND ASK FOR ONE HOPE THIS HELPS MIKE
