95 Mazda Protege voltage problem??

Question:
i checked the battery voltage was 12.5 (engine was off)
battery voltage was 14.2 (engine was running without anything on)
battery voltage was 13.4( engine was running with AC/headlight/ radio on)
the voltage at the cigarette socket was 13.5 ?
Can someone tell me If all the above readings are normal?
