I bought a car in mid November and wanted to find out if anyone else has an Xterra 06 and how they get it serviced? I have the 60,000 power train warranty, but the dealership said that all the service is on the buyer (they charge a lot!). I am not so worried about the 3,780 miles mark, because that's a simple oil and filter change, but next services require a lot more work to check all the belts etc... Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you

Recently had furnace trouble, as i'm mechanically inclined I tried to no avail to diagnose the problem myself. Finally I called the furnace company. they came and looked at it and fixed it.
Gee their labor rate was 144.00 dollars an hour and well worth it because night time in Idaho right now is about 5 degrees and day time is in the 20's. YES I'D DO IT AGAIN THE GUY WAS A PRO!! By repairing my furnace at the first sign of a problem(it still worked) I save myself much more drastic repair down the road.
NOTE THAT My employer only charges 100.00 dollars an hour.
The furnace company also hit me with a 50.00 dollar service call charge. they have to show a profit or why be in buissiness.

I'm a nissan tech we also have GM-Mazda-Suzuki tecknicians. one car line thats it. I don't need to anything about other cars only Nissan so I know them very well! Just like the guy from a Carrier dealer who worked on my Carrier furnace.
