There are general web sites for Mercedes-Benz and some for particular models. They will tell you more than any manual. But you should try to get one, since they have things like tire pressures etc in them which you may not find on the sites. Seach for C-class or C280. Mercedes model number is W202 (W for Wagen or car) so you could search on that too.
