Is it cheaper to buy a BMW in Germany?

If you look at the radiator, you will see the filling neck on the left side. On the right side you will see the water hose that goes to the engine. UNDER the water hose there is the water temperature THERMO SWITCH sensor. It is covered with a rubber protector.
You will see 3 wires coming from it. Two red and one yellow. The yellow wire can be number # 126C. (on my 1989 405).
