I am about to buy a brand new honda civic EX 2007 model. the dealer offered me 19000$ as the base price. whats the best deal for this car??

Yea that sounds about right. I just bought my 2007 civic in october with the navigation and all the quotes i got beforehand were around 19,000. With taxes and all it came to a little after 22,000
