I'm not sure i see the point? So you can brag about your Ferrari dials? I'd save your money for an actual Ferrari if you want one so bad.

Does abs work while not braking IE hard accelerate wheelspin?

I'm really not sure I get why you'd want to do that. Do you want the actual gauges, or just the needles? Either way it seems a bit silly to me.

Everything is possible with fabrication and money. But here's a heads up, first off your speedometer is going to be completely off; (your doing 100mph thinking your going 160)
The ridiculous amount of money spent sourcing Ferrari dials, and custom installing them; and in my opinion kills the look of the car. If you want high performance dials, look for your car look for something made by nismo (Nissan Motorsports), It'll make your dash look better, work, and you may even keep the car under warranty or at least not hurt the resale value. But to answer your question you can change the dials its just a matter of cutting your OEM cluster (around the dials) to make the larger Ferrari dials fit. Hope this answers your question.
