i don't know about anyone else but I'm a Chevy woman all the way.have been all my life and wouldn't know how to work on a ford or care to.If you get a Ford, get a Ford F-150, Ford Taurus usually gives out at 65,000 miles or acts up. Thats why this model is so cheap. Chevy Impala is ok but mines is a 2002 and it stays in the shop now. over 121,000 miles. Chevy Malibu is okay but my friend is having problems with hers. It just depends on the car. Some people get a good ford and others get the worst ones. Same for the Chevys. Think about getting an import? They last longer... except Nissans are having problems. In my 25 years of driving experience I can look you in the eye and tell you without a doubt I had better more reliable vehicles with Ford. I use to be a chevy man, but after so many chevys with problems, and the last, my 98 blazer that the transmission blew up, a 4L60E..... thats it..... no more chevys ever.... this is my opinion and my experience I have had. Now I happily own an Explorer and Durango... im happy.... It all comes down to your preference and hope you dont run into as many bad vehicles as I had.More Questions & Answers ...
