The person you want is the local Franchise/Manufacturer Rep. You might of seen sometimes a car with a REP license plate. This is the boss, supervisor between the Manufacturer and the dealership. He tells the dealership what to do, how to do things, etc. He is also the mediator when an issue arrives.Pleas I want the drawing for leafs spring Assembly for BENZ heavey trucks model 1980 -1985?
These guys are always on the road from dealer to dealer, so don't expect to find him in an office. Call up another Lexus dealership and ask for their Rep's phone number. Call him and see if he is the Rep for the dealership you have an issue with. If not, he can hand you off to who is.
