If you just need a new one, you can pick them up from ebay easily. Either second hand or new, but either need to be programmed, if you look in the yellow pages or ask at your local garage, you'll easily find one, to have it reprogrammed is around £25.
As an aside, for all you spares (people will tell you rover spares are hard to get hold of - simply not true) then go to rimmer bros in lincoln www.rimmerbros.co.uk which do pattern parts, or you can use the official x-parts which is run by caterpillar (they basically bought up the whole spares division of rover), go to www.xpart.com and they have all the parts and details you'll need.
