2006 Dodge Magnum SE?

The service sticker that also contains the vin number should tell you where the car has been made.. the one on the driver side door is the best place to look for this information.. Sadly even though Ford is an american company that doesnt mean it was made here.. Outsourcing job to foregin countries is a great way for an american company to save money and hurt our own economy.. The men that run these companies give themselves giant raises and fire off thousands of american and hire on a fraction of foreginer and pay them dirt wages just so they themselves can stay rich.

the answer would be no. although most american vehicles are manufactured in america, over half of them are outsourced to other country's for assembly. its pretty much the same with all automotive manufacturer's. kinda like Toyota. their foreign made but have assy. plants in the U.S. so one questions just what is foreign and domestic anymore.

Can anybody help?

Ford actually has an almost autonomous europe wing (brillaintly named Ford Europe!). Many of the cars they sell and design arent even available in the US (euro focus wasnt for a while, the Ka, etc). I believe they are all built in europe, similar to how most "foreign" cars for the US market, like hondas, Mercedes, BMWs, etc etc are made in the US.
