Btwn '65 and '66...engine went from 1200 to 1300 cc, emergency blinkers added in 66, as well as vented wheel slots, larger rear view mirror...that's on the outside. that seems to also matter what country it is exported to US standards are different than Canadian or Mexico. 65-66 could be just engine size.(and/or full synco transmission)(and/or wiper works at 2 speeds).
