Question:
to get that sound i dont like the deep melow sound i want it to really crack

Answers:

1990 cherokee 4.0 no heat.?

dont use flow master or any muffler. use a glass pack or cherry bomb. they have the least fiberglass and sound containing housing. the 5.3 and 6.0 will be pretty loud, but using a performance, or turbo muffler will give you a deep or mellow sound. the glass pack or cherry bomb will give you your snap and crack on and off the gas pedal. good luck.

any mechanics in the house tonight?

You want: Glass Pack Muffler Dual Exhaust (OLD SCHOOL)

2003 Ford Escape XLS?

you can put the glass pack or the cherry bombs. The down fall is you can not go with straight pipes. I would consider going with a smaller diameter pipe though like a 1.5 inch instead of 2.5 which is standered.

How many miles per gallon does a 1990 Toyota 4runner get?

The biggest problem you'll have is the cat. converters take that high pitch out. You can't legally remove them. I've found that the longer the pipe after the muffler, the mellower the sound. Therefore, short tailpipes might do the trick.

i have just purchased a peugeot 307 2002 1.4 stlye i just wanted to know are they reliable cars thanks.?
