Help with Volkswagen Corrado problems?

Question:
I have an 11 year old VW Corrado which is very tempremental. Most of the time it starts fine, but other times the engine is starting but then cutting out after about two seconds.

Is there a way to raise the front of my 2006 silverado without doing a total lift kit?

Its been to about three different garages including the main VW dealer and they have reported a variety of possible causes (immobiliser, its not recognising the key, the electronics need reset) but none have managed to fix it yet.

94 vw golf clutch problem?

Any suggestions on what might be causing this problem, and how or where we could have it fixed would be great.
