My 97 Jeep wrangler winsheild wipers dont work properly?

When wipers are ingauged on slow they barley move, and when turned to high they move slowley.

you may need new wiper motors or a new wiper switch. hard to say its not as cut and dry as greasing linkage because you shouldnt have to grease them anyways but its one of the two but im leaning more towards yhe motors since they barely move
