My 1994 e36 bmw seems really warm inside even when there is no a\c or heater turned on?

when i jump in my car and drive for about 5 mins or so my interior seems to be really warm even in normal weather ive only noticed this in the past few days have checked the vents and they dont seem to be blowing out hot air n e help?? please
