If your mustang is the Cobra model then it can have some adjustments made on the rear wheels. Otherwise it will be equipped with a solid rear axle. It should not be out of alignment in the rear unless it has been involved in an accident that bent a rear axle component or you have hit a curb with the rear wheels. A four wheel alignment is a more comprehensive alignment that will ensure the whole car is set up in relation to each axle.
