Question:
Just wondering how reliable they are. Im looking at one, for simply a work car. and i dont have to travel but maybe a mile or 2 to work and back. Its got quite a bit of miles and the woman wants 1000 for it. I havent been able to find any other car this cheap and just wondering cause the woman said that is runs pretty good so im wondering if anyone has any first hand experience with a 93 capri to give me any advice.

I have a 91 and I have been very happy with it! Make sure the latches work on the doors and the top and check the cooling system. There are some great yahoo groups with very knowledgeable members that are very happy to help other Capri owners. 1,000 is a pretty good price if the car is clean. I have never had so much fun driving a car! I say buy it!It's good....don't drive it no more then your willing to walk.

Hello I have worked on many cars. I would say that she is asking a little too much for a car that is that old and has alot of miles on it ... It may be , or have been a realiable car for her. The things you need to watch for are ,,,,dose it need brake pads, has the altinator been replaced, dose it leak oil...if she answers she gives you are ,,,,no it has new breaks, the altinator has been replaced , and it dosen't leak oil I would offer her 800..I have a question about my used 2006 Chevy Cobalt.?
