If she has completed say probation or the sentence that accured from her felony and only if. She can apply in the state she was convicted for a pardon. You can do this by going to your local Probation Pardon and Parole office or going to the Departments website. While this will not expunge her record of felony it will show a pardon from the gov. This is looked upon by most employers as a good thing. If I was her i would call my local office and talk with them about it.Hope this helps!!
