How much can u bargain down a Scion TC?
1) Drivers side Window does not come up after it is down. Well, it will... in a very weird way. It will move up inch by inch. But it stop moving after it moves an inch. Then I need to wait 10 - 15 minutes later and it will move up another inch. On average it takes up to 30-45 minutes to get that window up.
I have a 1995 plymouth voyager van 3.0 fuel pump does not work but when tested out of tank it works?
2) The gauges stopped working. Speedometer, Odometer, fuel gauge and temp gauge all dont work
3) The fan only works on 3 and 4. (the highest 2 settings)
Were can i get an auto to manual conversion kit for a 5.7 tpi 350?
I am probably most concerned with #2. I can live with the windows and the fan.

#2 is most likely a fuse or one of the main wires to the dash/ground for the dash. Check your fuse box for "gauge" "instrument" or something along those lines for a fuse and check the fuse. #3 is almost assuredly a bad blower motor resistor, and an easy fix usually. Its typically bolted into the dash near the blower motor itself and has wires coming in from the dash and back out over to the blower motor, you can pull it out and check the resistance of each of the coils in it, if there are 0 resistance circuits its time for a new one, usually under 20 bucks. The window is wierd, I'd only be guessing without diagnosing it fully with a volt meter, unless it has a limiter switch built in, in which case thats the most likely culprit.Where can I find out how many Nissans were sold last year?
It probably needs an instrument cluster replacement. This is a very common problem with GM vehicles. You can try checking the fuses but it is doubtful that this is the problem. The window sounds like either a weak power window motor or a binding window regulator or both. And the blower likely needs a new resistor.Where can i find a salvage yard in the u.k. that would have 2004 jeep parts?
I can only answer to number 1. I had the same problem with my 2001 cavalier and my grandma has the same problem with her 2000 cavalier. It ended up being the motor going out in the window units. I had them replaced and then almost a year later both my driver and passenger windows have gone out again. I am not sure if I am going to replace them again but so you know, that is what I ended up having to do. I went thru the whole thing of the window going up inch by inch and that was the worse part of it. Be careful though, it will get to the point where it will go down but will not go up at all. Then I had to literally pull the window up! Hope this helps you with that problem!More Questions & Answers ...
