I have no idea how to handle it best. I don't need a new car, it's paid off, should I sell it to the dealer from whom I bought it? I don't really want to deal with classifieds...etc...

First, find out how much it's actually worth. You can check Kelly Blue Book and get a good idea of it's value. You'd make the most money on it if you'd sell it outright to an individual. A dealer will never give you as much as it's actually worth, they want to profit on it. Just keep it clean and put a for sale sign in it as you drive it.Include you contact info and selling price on the sign and make it look professional.
