Can anyone help me i'm tring to install an air bag kit on my 1970 chevy c 10 please help?
The US Army has not used Jeeps since the 1960's. Now the US Military did use the M151-M151A2 MUTT, made by Ford in the 1960's-1981. You may still be able to find some in government auctions, but it will be few and far between. Now the M151 was prone to roll overs and skidding on wet asphalt or concrete. They were fun to drive, but when it rained, talk about tense. But I would give up my Jeep CJ for a military version M998 HMMWV "Hummer". Not the civilian H1. But, you can find the M880 series (Dodge Trucks) and the Chevy CUCV's up for sale. The Chevy's have one hell of a suspension in them, but they do bounce alot. But they are fun to drive. On line free step by step installation instructions to install 97 BMW z3 roadster?
That scam is older than my grandmother's perfume. Not from the army, but used army jeeps or their civilian counterparts are available. Most of the military are in Humvees now.
You can by the army's chevy trucks. They are usually reffered to as CUCV's. Try searching on Ebay.
