I just had the same problem with a 97 F350. I don't know if they are the same or not, but I had to take out the battery, and the windshield washer fluid tank. After removing those two items, look for a nut on each side of each head light. Mine were inside access holes. Remove the nuts 7/16". On each one of my lights there were clips holding the adjusters in place. They are a bear. I got a small screw driver and separated them from the slots in the plastic (both sides) then pull up with pliers. There are 3 of these on each light. The bottom one I broke off then cut it off with a hack saw. Once you do one the second is easier. Is the mazda mx3 rear wheel drive?
i own a repair shop and if i remember right on these all you have to replace is the bulb part of it ,and you should be able to access that after you raise the hood, you should be able to get to the back of it to get the bulb out, don't touch the new bulb with your fingers though, the oil from your skin will cause the bulb to blow in a very short time ,good luck i hope this helps.I had a '97 Exedition and replaced the headlights. You need to open the hood, there should be a plastic gaurd over the radiator at front of engine, remove that. You will see where the headlights are that there is wires going to the back of them. Twist half a turn and pull out. The bulb comes out. Twist and turn the bulb, put in new bulb, and reinstall everything. Same on both sides. Be careful because the driver side headlight is a tight fit for your hand.
Could someone please listen to a song and tell me the name?
If I remember right the only way is to back off the adjusting screws there should be two of them. its a long process but its the only way I am aware of how to get the whole assembly out. Be sure you mark or keep track of the adjustment before you start so you can realign the lights...More Questions & Answers ...
