97 explorer sport?

Question:
hi i have a 97 sport explorer the trans was bad but i had a minor wreck 97 control tac xlt loaded explorer i drove the xlt explorer in it worked fine. so after i do the swap i realize thers 2 extra 2wire plugs on sport harness that the xlt didnt have so i change haness at bellhousing but o/d light still flashes so i changed emc and the gem still it takes a few seconds but eventually o/d light flashes.i have codes it porduces
