very common , AIR pump is blowing water droplets through the air shut-off valve causing the valve to cease.
remove the hose that's coming up from the pump to the valve by squeezing the sides of the plastic pipe, inspect for water in the pipe,if so you need a new valve.

AIR fuse 60amp.
AIR solenoid fuse 15amp

The secondary air system is an emission control system that blows air into the exhaust manifold to reduce emissions. It doesn't run all the time. It only comes on at specific times such as a cold start. It has an electric air pump,switching solenoid,and a air control (or shut off) valve.
If any of this falls,the code will reset and the light will come on.
Sometimes water gets into the pump and causes it to lock up.
You will have to get it checked by a shop unfortunately.
There is a chance that another part of the sec. air system has gone bad.
