Need help with subaru legacy 1993, awd or diff?
as a rule tire size should be the same from side to side and if its 4x4 all 4 should be the same size. the size is close so no major change in speedo mph but if your going to do this for a long time put to on the car in the front best tires on the front for steering and control on a front wheel drive car . LatterI have a mazda 6i under warranty and mazda wont cover it does any one have any advise?
No it will not work with the 215s.What is the required weight for 1999 Cadillac-Sedan De Ville?
go to tires .com and see if you can bring up the caculator and see if it has it as an upsize i think anyway it might help.Sure it will "work" for a bit. But the size difference will kill your transaxle.
Under an extreme condition, you could probably put it on the back since your Taurus is a front wheel drive. The back tires are independent. But in this case your alignment will be off and you'll destroy the other tires much quicker.
Either way...it's best to have the same size on the left and the same size on the right. Front to back doesn't matter much unless you are worried about handling.
