a Mazdaspeed3 or Scion tC are 2 good choices amongst the preferences you want. here is what I know:the Mazdaspeed3 is the tuned package to the Mazda3 and gets near 200hp, hits near 120mph yet still getting 26-28 mpg on the highway with 60mph from stop in near 7.5 seconds. the price starts at near $24,000. it has a sport-tuned suspention included for additional handling.

the Scion tC is less expensive at near $19,500. with less value goes less power. still, it has a supercharged 4cyl with 165 hp, goes up to 110 mph and 0-60 in about 8 seconds plus gets 31-33mpg on the highway. as a.plus, all tC's have plenty of in-store interior and exterior accessories, including a TRD sport exaust kit that will up your engine 5-10hp, reduces 0-60 by 0.4 seconds, yet sacrifices only between 1-3mpg, and a combinaton of TRD sport shocks and lowering springs with a ground effects kit(also as dealer accessories), will improve cornering and response greatly. with those, your value is about $23,800, still cheaper than the Mazdaspeed3 while still more efficent , keeps close to mazdaspeed3's acceleration, yet up to 30hp less.

honestly, slower is better. The more beater, the better. Seriously. Youll have 100x more fun with a beater first car than any cool car. I would buy a volvo 740 turbo, manual. theyre indestructable, boxy, fairly quick, and totally hillarious cars. Great first car.

Well depending on who much money your looking on spending with around 10,000- 15,000 you can pick up a 94-96 Impala SS that will do 149mph with ease but its a four door that really is hard to smoke the tires in but I smoked Mustangs when i had mine and they do get good gas millage for an American 4 door Sports car. Also despite me hating imports a 90's Civic there good and fast but they get really good gas millage but it depends on your buget and what your looking for.'98 Sebring Coupe making popping noise. A Honda civic would be good; however, a mustang is the car i would choose because of the speed factor, but other than that it would have high car insurance, poor gas mileage, and your fair share of speeding tickets it would kinda set you back. since you posted this in the chevy section i have to say a 95-99 monte carlo LS/Z34. The LS has a 3100 SFI V6 which has some good pick-up to it (and there are some mods out there for it if you know where to look) while the Z34 has a 3800 V6 with around 200HP (a little under or slightly over) and there are mods out there for it.Where to hify modify bike in kolkata please tell me?
Get a v6 camaro. sporty, fun, more reliable than any import. Most def. will get your money back if decide to sell. or if he/she wants to do an engine swap there fun cars to work on. it will keep him outta trouble.89 chevy suburban, that thing can roll on its side at 30 mph and all it will do is move the side mirror. indestructable. i rolled mine on its top, didnt break any windows or dent any metal, i just rolled it back over with a tow truck and drove it home, it still runs good too, it is a real fun vehicle and the insurance is low cuz its so big

Hi,I bought a 1992 Holden Barina in Australia (Same as Suzuki Swift) that gets 42 mpg average. I got 55 mpg on long flat trips across the Nullarbor and south from Newman.
This incredibly economic and very reliable car allowed me to travel around Australia for two months for $1300. Which would have cost $2600 in a large holden/some chevies/V8s etc...
The disadvantages are the brakes overheated on the Snowies run. This small, light vehicle doesn't handle bad road conditions well. And if you get into a bad accident you have little protection.
So cheap on fuel & small is good but if you can afford it get a big, safe car, or an ugly Volvo or maybe old Mercedes is much smarter.
It's just your choice in the end of course. Also consider the little cheap South Korean cars like Hyundai or Kia. Some are very economical and very good value even a new one.

Just get a cheap, dependable car, then when you get better at driving, go for the nicer, more expensive cars.All you need is a Chevy cavalier.even with the 4 cylinder they have pep and get great gas mileage.the insurance will be a lot lower than any Honda or the like.

Well if i was going to suggest anything i would have to say a Carolla or Barina..by the way that you are talking it sounds to me like you have either just got your license or dont have one at all yet, statistically, with the amount of senseless teenage deaths on the road, you shouldnt be driving anything but your parents car, with them beside you showing you everything you need to know, i realise as a teenager you think that you are invincible...but guess what .you aint.being young and inexperienced is a bad enough mix together without adding speed to it. A car isnt meant to be used as an enjoyment tool, its there to get you safely from A to B whenever you need to go somewhere. At no time should it be used for enjoyment. For example thanks to some joyriding teenagers, a friend of mine recently died, he was 30 years old and recently married, on his way to work ..if they had not have been out joyriding in their car, my friend would be here with us still, so dont ever think it wont happen to you.More Questions & Answers ...
